When we got to Corpus I soon learned about the Corpus Christi Chorale Choir, and that they would be performing Handel's Messiah. That has been on my bucket list and I have wanted to do that for so long. This was my chance! I auditioned and made the choir and we started rehearsals. We practiced every Tuesday from January to the beginning of May. As opposed to other performances we did not just get to do the Christmas part, or the Easter part, we did nearly all of it! It was an amazing experience! We performed it on May 10, 2011... 4 days after Jon's winging. Jon's mom stayed to see the performance. One more bucket list item down.
