Thanksgiving with Mr. & Mrs Smith

We arrived in Florida November 15th and checked in to our TLF. We spent the rest of the week going out driving around and looking at the houses we had pick out to look at renting. One by one we crossed most of them off of our list. Then we started looking at the buying market. What a change. It was a whirlwind and crazy time.
Thank goodness we had such great friends only an hour a way! With all else up in the air, we knew we had a place to go for Thanksgiving. Josh and Heather have been hanging out with us since the very beginning of our dating. We had a wonderful time spending the day with them. They are basically family.

Josh's Grandma had sent them most of the Thanksgiving dinner, so we didn't have too much to cook. Heather really appreciated that at 8 months pregnant. So we were able to just spend time hanging out and talking. After dinner we watched our classic "Murder by Death" and played some Settlers of Catan. Such a wonderful break! And we still had a few days before we could really do any more work to relax.
